Already in autumn mood? Then try our delicious "Pumpkin Fondue a la Brasa". This recipe is quite simple, but convinces with its unique taste of pumpkin, nutmeg, and a cheese-cream filling!

Ingredients:
- Hokkaido pumpkin
- Gratin cheese
- Whipped Cream
- Salt and pepper
- Nutmeg
- Meat (preferably beef or pork)
- Bread
Accessories:
A bed of embers and a grill lid to grill the pumpkin in Caveman style. Then a V-rack to let it cook evenly from all sides.

Preparation:
- Detach the lid from the pumpkin and hollow it out.
- Add cream and cheese to the Hokkaido pumpkin.
- Then refine with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Place the pumpkin in the bed of embers and put the grill lid on top (stir the embers once every 10 minutes).
- Fry the meat.
- Place bread on the V-rack and lightly toast it.
- After about 30 minutes, also place the pumpkin on the V-rack and put the lid on so that the heat can penetrate from all sides again.
Now the fondue is ready and you can enjoy it with a fresh salad! The special thing about this fondue is the unique pumpkin flavor that permeates through the longer cooking time, as well as the nutmeg, which gives the whole thing a very special touch.
As a little tip: If you want to speed up the process, you can melt the cheese in a small pan directly in the fire basket (Brasero). Then put the melted cheese into the Hokkaido pumpkin and enjoy!
