Griddle for the Brasa

Our large plancha is a true all-rounder. Whether for the vegetable side dishes, the burger patties or for finishing the fillet pieces with butter and fresh garden herbs.

The plancha lies flat on the frame, which is otherwise inclined at 15°. Because when grilling plancha, the fat, butter or olive oil should not flow away.

Once you've grilled on the plancha, you won't want to be without it.
