The V-grate is a really clever thing when grilling. Not only does it leave beautiful stripes on our flesh and create beautiful patterns.
With its dimensions (25 x 40) cm, it fits in any standard household dishwasher. Shortly after grilling, brush off and remove the largest residue and put it in the machine.
The V-grate hangs on the Brasa at an inclination of 15 degrees, which allows the fat to flow away directly. This means that up to 90% of the fat that would otherwise have ended up in the embers can be captured. This is better for your health and for a pleasant feeling when grilling without unnecessary clouds of smoke or fat burning.
